Damaged goods and customer service is probably bad

The oil arrived damaged, spilled, the closure could not be closed completely... Customer service contacted the first time, nothing.... The second time I reminded myself, so they wrote back with one sentence..... I still have no further response to today, I've been waiting for a week.. So CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BRUTALLY SLEEPY AND UNREASONABLE.. I don't use the product so I don't know what it is like.... It's definitely oxidized.

Problem with closures

I bought this product and it arrived opened and it spilled out. The problem with the complaint was not that they sent me a new product, but the "new" product came with a broken lid that couldn't be closed properly, so if I took it somewhere, it kept spilling out... today I took the bottle out of the box and the whole lid came off and the product spilled out... I don't recommend buying from this site, I guess they don't check the products they send because they sent me a broken one twice in a row... I don't have a review for the product itself because I haven't been able to use it for more than a week

Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Lotion 170ml

I expected more from it. I won't order it again. I don't see any difference in my skin being more hydrated and what's worse is that the sticky feeling remains, but I'll finish using it. Not for me.
