My "first time"

I ordered products from The Ordinary for the first time and I'm still getting to know them. Since they don't contain any unnecessary ingredients, mostly just what they say in the name, you have to learn how to use them. Something works differently for everyone and I've "tricked" myself a few times and put on more product than I needed. It just takes practice and everything will work as it should. So far I'm happy with them, we'll see how it affects my skin after a longer period of use.

Delivery to BA took approx.

Delivery to BA took about 5 days. That seems quite long to me. Otherwise everything is ok.

A little longer to process the order but

It took a little longer to process the order, but otherwise I am very satisfied, as you can get products that are almost impossible to find anywhere else in Slovakia.

with the ordinary products

I am very satisfied with the products of The Ordinary and with the e-shop. Even though I ordered vitamin C suspension 23%+HA, you sent me vitamin C 30% instead and it did not suit my skin. It is possible that I would have had a problem with the one I originally ordered. I have had several products from The Ordinary and I was very satisfied with all of them. This vitamin C did not suit me, but that can happen, because not everything suits everyone. In the future, I would like to ask you to check orders better and not send a replacement if the product is sold out. Thank you Oravcová
