Loyalty program

We appreciate loyalty :)

Our loyal customers receive a 10% discount on the value of the goods after first order.  
The discount does not apply on the shipping charge. When ordering goods over 50 EUR (including VAT), shipping is not charged.

Loyalty discounts do not apply to goods that are already in the discount.

You will apply for the discount if you enter the code that you received with the last order in the empty box called "coupon" when ordering (realized by the date stated on the coupon). You will automatically be deducted a 10% discount on goods (which are not in the discount). After confirming the new order, you will receive a new discount coupon, which must be used by the date stated on it.

After the coupon expires, the discount entitlement expires or when the email is deleted, we cannot regenerate the coupon and provide the discount as the whole process is automatic. Therefore, guard the email with the discount coupon and monitor the validity period.
